About us
These terms apply to products you buy from Breakfast for Dinner ("we", "us" or "our"), run by Kara Torre, ABN 84 754 762 166, based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. You can reach us at hello@breakfastfordinner.com.au.
By buying one of our products, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, email us before you buy and we'll explain.
Your purchase
Prices are in Australian dollars. We're not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
Payments are handled by our checkout provider, Flodesk, and its payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
Our products are digital. Once your payment goes through, you'll get instant access and an email with your download link.
If we make a mistake with a price, we'll contact you and either refund you or give you the option to go ahead at the correct price.
Using your products
When you buy a product, you get a personal licence to use it. It's yours to use, but not to pass on.
You can:
download, print and use the files for yourself and your household
print as many copies as you need for your own use
share photos of your planner on social media (we'd love to see them - tag @aussiecaloriecounter)
You can't:
share, sell or give away the files or your download link
upload the files to other websites, groups or file-sharing services
use the files with clients, students or patients, or in a business, without our written permission (email us - we're happy to talk about it)
copy the designs or claim them as your own
All content, illustrations and designs in our products belong to Breakfast for Dinner and are protected by copyright.
Refunds
Because digital products can't be returned, we don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
Our products also come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a file doesn't work, isn't as described, or you can't download it, email us at hello@breakfastfordinner.com.au. We'll fix it, send you a replacement, or refund you.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
General information, not advice
Our products and content are general information and education. They aren't personalised nutrition, medical or health advice, and they don't replace advice from a qualified professional such as your GP or a dietitian. What you eat is always your decision.
We take care to keep our nutrition information accurate, using Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) data and the other sources we name. Values can still vary between brands, recipes and products, so check the label where it matters to you.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Access to your files
Our products are delivered through third-party platforms, including Squarespace and Flodesk. If a platform is down or you can't reach your files, email us and we'll get them to you another way.
Your privacy
We only use your details to deliver your purchase, send you updates about it, and send our newsletter if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more: [Privacy Policy link]
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you bought a product applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
